This policy explains how Vikram Prakritik Paramarsh (विक्रम प्राकृतिक परामर्श), run by Vikram Singh Rajput at First Floor, Gaurik Tower, F-06, 80 Feet Rd, opp. Galla Mandi, near Bharat Petrol Pump, Bhanpur, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462001 ("we", "us"), handles personal data when you use this website, register for a consultation, or receive an invoice from us. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. What we collect

Registration details (through our Google Form or when you call/visit): name, parent/guardian name, age, mobile number, email, address, city, state and country, and your consent to be contacted.
Consultation & billing records: invoices, amounts, payment dates and method (cash, UPI, card or bank transfer) and any note you ask us to record. We do not store card or UPI credentials.
Messages you send us by phone, WhatsApp, email or Facebook.
Website usage through Google Analytics: if you tap "OK" on the cookie banner — pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location (city level) and clicks such as "was this tip useful?"; if you don't, only anonymous, cookieless page-view counts. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for medical reports or diagnoses on the website. If you choose to share health details during a consultation, we use them only to guide you and keep them confidential.

2. Why we use it

To schedule and give consultations and follow-ups, and to contact you about them.
To issue invoices and payment receipts, and keep accounts as the law requires.
To answer your questions and messages.
With your consent, to understand which pages and tips are useful and improve the site.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you register or accept cookies, and to meet legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records). We never sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the practice, under their own privacy terms:

Google — Google Forms (registration), Google Analytics (cookies only with consent, otherwise anonymous counts), Google Maps (map on the Contact page, with consent).
Meta — Facebook embeds on the site (with consent) and WhatsApp when you message us.
Netlify (website hosting) and Turso (secure database for registrations and invoices).

Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. We may also disclose data if required by law or a lawful order of a government authority.

4. How long we keep it

Registration and consultation records: while you are a client, and up to 3 years after your last consultation, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Invoices and payment records: for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law (currently up to 8 years).
Analytics data: according to Google Analytics' retention settings.

5. How we protect it

The billing system is password-protected and only the practice's administrator can access it. Data travels over HTTPS. Invoice links we share with you are signed so they cannot be guessed. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and will inform you and the authorities as required if a breach affects your data.

6. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you can:

ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
ask us to correct, complete or update it;
ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law);
withdraw your consent at any time — for cookies, use "Cookie settings" in the footer;
nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to; and
raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Children

For anyone under 18, registration must be done by a parent or guardian, who gives consent on the child's behalf (that is why the form asks for a guardian's name).
