1. What we offer

We give guidance on natural diet, daily routine and lifestyle, based on the three basics of pure air, clean water and digestible food. We are not doctors, we do not diagnose or treat disease, and we do not prescribe or sell any medicine. Our consultations do not create a doctor–patient relationship.

2. Your health, your responsibility

Do not stop or change any medicine, insulin, dialysis or other treatment prescribed by your doctor because of our guidance or website content.
Tell us about any illness, pregnancy, allergy or medicine you are taking so our suggestions can be adjusted, and check with your doctor before major diet changes or fasting.
In an emergency — chest pain, breathlessness, heavy bleeding, a bite, high fever in a child, and similar — go to a hospital immediately.
Results differ from person to person. We do not promise any particular outcome.

3. Website content

Health tips, videos and articles on this site are general information for awareness, not personal medical advice. They are written in good faith but may not suit everyone. The text, photos, logo and videos belong to Vikram Prakritik Paramarsh unless stated otherwise; you may share links to them, but please don't copy or republish them without permission.

4. Appointments & fees

Consultations are by appointment only. Please call or WhatsApp to book a time.
The standard plan fee is ₹20,000.00 unless agreed otherwise in writing; the amount payable is shown on your invoice.
Fees are not refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
Please give correct details when registering; we use them for your invoice and to contact you.

5. Third-party links and embeds

The site links to and, with your consent, shows content from Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Forms and Google Maps. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or harm arising from use of the website or from acting on general information without consulting a qualified doctor. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
