Refund & Cancellation Policy

सार (हिंदी में): परामर्श शुल्क वापस नहीं होता। गलती से दो बार या ज़्यादा भुगतान हो जाए, या हम आपका परामर्श न दे पाएँ, तो वह राशि 7 कार्य-दिवस में लौटा दी जाएगी। समय बदलना हो तो कम से कम 24 घंटे पहले बताएँ।

This policy applies to consultation fees paid to Vikram Prakritik Paramarsh, including the standard plan (₹20,000.00), by cash, UPI, card or bank transfer.

1. Fees are non-refundable

Because a consultation reserves the practitioner's time and guidance begins from the first session, fees once paid are not refundable, including if you decide not to continue with the plan. This is also printed on every invoice.

2. When we do refund

  • Duplicate or excess payment — if you pay twice or more than your invoice, the extra amount is refunded.
  • Sessions we cannot provide — if we cancel and cannot offer another time, the fee for sessions not yet given is refunded.

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (or by UPI/bank transfer for cash payments) within 7 working days.

3. Rescheduling

Consultations are by appointment. If you need to change your time, please tell us at least 24 hours in advance by phone or WhatsApp and we will offer another slot.
